Handy base for exploring Windsor Locks. Room were new-fashioned, newly decorated and extremely convenient hotel. Variety of excellent options for meal. Nice building and rooms for great value. Unbeatable location; polite and welcoming staff. For tea or coffee visit Gathering Ground Restauarant nearby.

Great bang for your buck with a heated pool and roomy accommodations. the friendly staff greet you with smiles and make you feel right at home. Plus, you can't beat the awesome location close to tasty eateries nearby! 🌟

Great clean and updated room -- neat design and totally convenient

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn't like. It was my first stay at a SpringHill Suites. I was blown away! Perfect for the business traveler like me and would be great if I had my family too. I like the Euro design, convenience, and amenities. Good breakfast and exercise room. I'll be back!

The staff and facility were excellent. Really enjoyed my visit while a blizzard blew outside.

SOmewhat easy to find from Springfield, ma Eastern States Fair.

1. Walls are paper thin. I really do not need to know or hear the person in the bathroom in the next room. 2. There really was no kitchenett as described on line. 3. very loud with the airport flights taking off and landing over head. 4. NOT a good place for a Good Nigght's sleep...

The room was really nice, well taken care of, and had modern updates that made it a great deal. the location was awesome 😊.

Everyone was very freindly and helpful. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs which makes interacting with them enjoyable.

The breakfast service was friendly but not efficient. The coffee ran out two of the three days we were there and on the last day the milk ran out completely at 8:30am and a staff member had to run to a gas station for some. Every day I needed to wait 10+ minutes for the eggs to be refilled. It just did not seem very organized. We ended up eating at the Dunkin Donuts next door for the last part of the week to avoid frustration.

I absolutely loved the design of the room--the room was great--loved the sitting area and bathroom!

The rooms are equipped with a big TV, comfortable bed, and massage shower. the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. There is free wake-up service and ironing available. the hotel is in an excellent location, adjacent to a restaurant, and offers rides to the airport as well as to most things in the area.

The hotel is very modern and everything looks new and fresh. Is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Would definitely come again.
